Raphael Mendoza

Raphael Mendoza is a Senior Manager with Imperium Consulting Group, based in New York. His professional experience began in project management, where he oversaw project controls and the execution of residential buildings, government facilities, and mining megaprojects.

Raphael’s current focus is on dispute resolution engagements. His expertise includes forensic scheduling, damages analysis and review, productivity measurement, preparation and review of expert reports and construction claims. Raphael’s portfolio in construction claims includes solar plants, LNG facilities, bridges, government facilities, highways, process plants, university buildings, water treatment plants, transmission lines, and hydroelectric power.
